Welcome to MOrbID – molecular visualization in Java

MOrbID is a Molecular visualization tool, that reads several common chemical file formats, and creates graphical displays of structural, sptaial and mathematical properties of the molecule. This is a product in development, and is not guaranteed to be accurate, but it can be fun. If you would like to read more, you can find the class documentation

Morbid depends on the Java3D library, which is available from the Java (Sun/Oracle) website.
If you do not see the application load, below, please install Java3D.
